Provider

Magic Fit Pty Ltd

Magic Fit (the ‘Provider’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is Magic Fit Pty Ltd (ACN 698 172 020, ABN 12 698 172 020). We are your direct service provider, counterparty, and billing entity for the services described in this document.

The Service

Magic Fit provides a standalone, channel-agnostic AI size recommendation platform (‘the Platform’). The Platform is delivered via:

1. A JavaScript SDK / snippet embeddable on any storefront;
2. A REST API for programmatic and headless integration;
3. Private connector applications, sent to customers after sign-up.

The Platform operates independently of any single sales channel or ecommerce platform.

Accounts and connectors

Your Magic Fit account and your billing account are one account, created when you sign up and enter a Master Service Agreement.

Where we provide a connector for a commerce platform, we send you the install link after you sign up.

Billing

Fees are usage-based and billed directly by Magic Fit, under a single account that covers every access method — SDK, API and any connectors. Any agreed trial period runs before fees begin.

Account & Access

Your Magic Fit account is your billing account with us. It is managed via the Magic Fit customer portal at app.magicfit.ai, where account access, usage reporting, and billing management are available.

Pricing

Pricing is uniform across all access methods (SDK, API, or any connector). No surcharge or discount applies based on the channel through which you connect your store.

Term & Changes

These service terms apply for the duration of your active Magic Fit subscription. They take effect when you sign your Master Service Agreement with Magic Fit.

Magic Fit may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or the customer portal. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
